KaiKai's 1st Performance

KaiKai has been taking African dance classes since October.  She had her 1st performance in December at a retirement home.  At first she seemed a little nervous and not sure what to do, but after a little while, she was dancing like a STAR.



She did better for her next dance.  We thought she did pretty good considering she was dancing with 5 and 6 year olds.



She has also been taking a hula class and brought home some of her moves and shared with Kalea.  Obviously Kalea has a great sense of humor, just about everything is funny!

    I can see how Kaikai was nervous at first, but once she got the hang of it, she was ON! She did great!! I love how the girls bust out laughing on the last one. Soooo cute!

    The girls are a blast! They are really into dancing right now, they LOVE putting their "hula dresses" (the island style fabric tied around their waist) and making up dances.
    Keilani is starting to have her own moves too, I'll have to post a video of that soon.
